Eco-farm František Berka from Tanvald

František Berka has been breeding beef cattle for over 20 years. The priority of his eco-farm is the quality approach and care of animals. Gradually he creates and improves a pleasant environment, thanks to which he owns breeding at the highest European level. This meticulous approach ensures the unsurpassed taste of organic quality meat.

The goat farm in Pěnčín

The goat farm in Pěnčín is a dream come true for a family who decided to change their way of life. All the goats here thrive in a clean environment and spend all their time in the open pastures. The feed comes from the mountain meadows and is produced by the owners themselves. The reward for this effort is goat's milk of the highest quality with a unique taste and tenderness.

Fishery Skalní mlýn

The Fishery "Skalní mlýn"  is located in the pristine protected area of the Moravian Karst. Fish are bred here in the water of the Punkva River, which rises in an ecologically clean area and never exceeds a temperature of 13 °C. The owners have had the Punkva trout trademark registered since 2008 and their fishery is unique in Europe for this type of fish farming on karst water.

It all starts with the right choice of our supplier of quality and affordable meat, which we eat ourselves without hesitation and therefore cook and sell to you, our customers. It is important for us to know and be confident that we are selling what we believe in and have the best experience. That's why we buy beef and veal from Holland, where our supplier and producer declare and ensure we meet the highest standards. The most important of which are animal welfare and traceability throughout the production chain.

Venison Petron from Czech hunters

Petron venison comes from a hunting association only from the Czech Republic, which takes care of the game all year round and thanks to their care the meat is of high quality. The venison goes back to local restaurants and households. High-quality meat from game and game birds under the Petron brand is processed in modern facilities in the Czech Republic. Game is supplied to the market in stable quality from proven animals hunted in our forests. We want to bring this valuable traditional foodstuff back to our menu in our restaurant.

A word from the owner Petr Skopal

In the small village of Prosenice, in our orchards, in the family distillery, fruit spirits of the finest taste are produced. Haná is a mosaic of fields interwoven with villages, rivers, hop farms and orchards. In the distance, the Jeseníky Mountains rise in a gentle haze on the horizon. We are part of this region and it is part of us. We love our orchards and the surrounding nature. We love the hot summers and the long shadows of golden autumn. We love our work - from the callouses on our hands from picking fruit to the smell of the kvass ready for distillation. And so did our grandfathers and theirs. Fruit spirits are a Moravian tradition, the pride of every family. We have taken our family pride a step further. We have distilled years of experience into our own brand of spirits that carry the finest nuances of flavour.
